This Peruvian coffee comes from Santos Guerrero’s La Papaya farm in the San Ignacio region. It offers a well balanced, combining gentle sweetness with a refreshing character. A soft floral note leads into a black tea–like finish, with a fresh, mandarin-like sweetness in the cup. It's great as a filter, but also works beautifully as a bright, juicy espresso.

Aromas Del Valle is a cooperative in northern Peru's Cajamarca region. It transitioned from an association to a cooperative in 2021, now representing around 300 members. The group focuses on stronger farmer representation, greater participation, and better access to funding, while building niche markets and joining coffee movements at home and abroad.

Ivan Cruz leads the cooperative, backed by dedicated teams handling administration, accounting, and quality control.
